Redenta

Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 July 2026

1. Who we are

Redenta is operated by Favour Moses, trading as Deskwright (a sole trader, not a registered company), United Kingdom. Contact: support@deskwright.com. Purchases are sold by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record — the seller of record for your order.

2. The service

Redenta provides file-conversion tools. Free tools run entirely locally — your files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us. Pro tools (high-fidelity Office, OCR, and ebook conversions) run on our servers and require a paid Redenta Pro subscription.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record — they are the seller of record for your purchase and handle payment processing and any applicable VAT or sales tax. Plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then ends — you are not charged again.

We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy. In short: cancel anytime, access continues to the period end, and we do not offer partial-month or pro-rata refunds.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Redenta to process unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, probe or disrupt the service, or evade free-tier limits (for example by automating anonymous conversions at scale). We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

7. Your files and content

You keep all rights to your files. Files converted with free tools never reach our servers. Files converted with Pro server tools are processed in an ephemeral sandbox and deleted immediately after the conversion completes; we do not store them.

8. Service availability and disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any conversion will be fit for a particular purpose — always verify important output.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination

You can stop using Redenta, or delete your account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on the site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory protections of the country you live in.
